Rising Talents Festival audition

Audition results will be posted at the beginning of next week (week of February 16). Participating teachers and students will receive an email announcement.

Rising Talents Festival

We are proud to present another exciting year of Music-Fest's International Rising Talents Festival.

This competitive festival is a wonderful opportunity for young musicians to showcase their talents and skills in front of the audience. Each student's performance will be evaluated by Music-Fest's panel of highly experienced judges. Written commentary will be sent to all teachers and students. Every participant will be granted the opportunity to perform in one of the area's finest music halls. After the performance, winners will be awarded a trophy and a certificate that reflects students' level of achievement at the audition. Teachers of performers will receive Certificates of Recognition.

Ensemble Performance Program

Launching in 2025, the Music-Fest Ensemble Program offers students and adult learners in central New Jersey an inspiring and collaborative weekly music experience. The program welcomes all instrumentalists, vocalists, and pianists. Our curriculum nurtures creativity, musicianship, and ensemble skills in a supportive, welcoming environment.

A hallmark of the program is its group setting, where students learn the art of listening, teamwork, and musical dialogue. Making music together fosters confidence, technical growth, performance skills, and lasting connections.

For students who may not feel motivated to practice on their own, the energy and collaboration of group classes often spark new excitement and make music learning fun and engaging.

Graded Exams Program

The Music-Fest Exam Program offers an extensive assessment program for music education and evaluation, designed for students at all stages from Elementary to Advanced. This year, we are introducing piano exams from 1st through 5th grade. Our exams serve as a benchmark for monitoring student progress and supporting well-rounded musical development.

ABOUT US

Music-Fest was founded in 2007 by Galyna Rozental and Inessa Gleyzerova. The mission of the festival is to provide young, talented musicians with opportunities to perform in front of an audience in some of the country's finest music halls. Participation in Music-Fest promotes the enjoyment of classical music and advances the artistic and performing skills of young musicians.
